Getting lag spikes playing

Pretty fixed reoccurring lag spikes, only in POE, can someone help plz

I go from 15ms to 600ms(sometimes more) constantly, every 1-2 seconds.

it's unplayable

POE2 is fine, every other game is fine.

I tried to disable my antivirus, same issue.
I tried without my VPN, same issue
I tried to connect to different server (DC, TX, CA) same issue

I have Latest nvidia driver, latest windows update etc..

Im having the same issue, cant really play, im getting 10k latency and sometimes disconnections

I'm having the same issues. The only other league start where this happened to me was POE 2 launch. I've tried a few different pathways and none have seemed to work. I've barely gotten to Act 2 and now the crashes are even worse.

Edit 1: I changed my networking mode to predictive, but all it did was make me rubberband infinitely instead of crashing.

Edit 2: I got a VPN, just the free version of Proton VPN, and now I have a tolerable amount of lag. No crashes yet.

Same problem. In Lioneye, everything is smooth. But latency spike whenever I go out. Even worst in mudflat. can't even take a step. it even reached 10k ms there

** Update 1 - I'm now sure that this is not a problem on my PC nor my internet.
I played other games on ULTRA graphics settings and work perfectly fine.
I played tekken 8 a fighting game which requires a real time connection and it works perfectly fine on online multiplayer match

Same issue as above. Internet connection is good. Other games run fine. massive consistent latency spikes, regular disconnects, game is basically unplayable.

same here , at hideout ms (lets call is "stable"), on acts 4000 and sometimes just disconnect - unplayable for last 4 hours
