I played D2 last night

and whoa, lets just say I'm sticking with PoE. Loved the game when I was 12 but now it just feels so bad.

I,ll admit that the graphics are pretty outdated... But the core of the game is the same as PoE just a little less complex.

I somewhat agree. Since I'm really into PoE, I cannot play D2 anymore :) PoE way more fun for me.

Well, I couln't play vanilla D2 anymore after I tried MedianXL (best D2 mod ever). After you go back, everything seems so slow, there are bad skills (only a handful are viable) and everyone runs around with the same items. D2 was awesome for its time yeah but I don't need to play it again 15 years later lol.
Unarmed for life! (although I do like maces too recently)

D2 bores me less, though theorycrafting builds in PoE is more fun.

D1 HD??
I have D1 on my computer modded to run on Win 7 and with a module added to be able to connect over LAN. Pretty sweet. |
