Which build to run next?

Currently leveling up ele cleave - at a point in my tree where I need to decide what I want to play. I'm considering:

Elemental Cleave (Sticking to it)
Split Arrow Pierce
Lightning Strike
Melee Splash Glacial Hammer


The last one I'm not sure on - it's different and unique, but it seems underwhelming from what videos I've seen of it in action (no personal experience though.) I'm leaning towards Lightning Strike or Split Arrow.
