Moment of Trauma - Incarnation of Fear - textures not loading up

Quest version of the boss - textures of some degen or something did not load up and I died in HC.. (after trying to log out it lagged aswell btw)

I don't even understand how hard it can be for just a small literal boss room map to load stuff properly..

Guess I have to buy more support packs..
