Aspect of the cat missing visual!

Hi!
ive crafted the suffix "aspect of the cat" on a ring that i use!the buff works!but the "cat eyes" are complete missing!ive tried everything(unequip and equip the ring!uninstalled and installed game!cleared system cache in secure mode...nothing!)can anybody help me?using ps5
