Rollback/possible div dupe on crash

Bought an item for 3 div, when returning to my hideout the game crashed and prompted restart saying there is a new version. After steam checking files I launched the game again and while I didn't have the item, I had the 3 div I supposedly payed for it. Asked the seller if they have the item or the div but got no response. No clue how to reproduce it, could be something with the recent patch since the game never asked to be restarted before.
