Eldritch Exalted Cannot Add Prefix If Suffix Full

Title says it. If Exarch is dominant and your suffixes are full with an open prefix, you get the error "This item may not have another suffix mod". Just tested on a different item with open prefix and open suffix, exarch dominant, and it adds a prefix as intended. Tested on another with full suffix and open prefix, and it doesn't add a prefix.

Regular exalts still work, as well as Eldritch Chaos and Eldritch Annul.

+1 Started happening last night after the patch - Swapping influence doesnt change anything, neither does resetting the influence. Just the eldritch exalted seems to be impacted
