Sacred Wisps + Ancestral Bond still not dealing damage

I have just tested again in 3.26.0c, and Sacred Wisps still do 0 damage with Ancestral Bond keystone allocated.

Has GGG consciously decided that Sacred Wisps will be an intentional exception to how Ancestral Bond usually works?
