Skills fail to use if you point in a top corner

Trying to use a skill at a point too close to any of the screen's top corners does nothing at all, even if the skill is set to "use in place" or is inherently player-focused.

I actually noticed this while delving, because it also applies to flares (and dynamite, I presume). You generally want to throw them as far ahead as you can, but go too far and it fails. Even if this is somehow a matter of balance in case of skills, at least flares could instead be thrown to the furthest valid point towards your cursor.
