Can't access Delve nodes on main shaft

I cannot directly access the main mine shaft nodes in the delve chart.

From the subterranean chart, if I click on one of those main shaft nodes (the ones that go straight down and are created automatically as you level), the chart simply closes and nothing happens. It does not matter whether I attempt to access it from Nike in my hideout, in the mine encampment, or from within the mine. The only difference is that when I attempt it from my hideout, I get an "Error: Failed to join any instances" message. I do not get this from the other two places.

I can access the mine directly via previously accessed branches off the main shaft. However, when I access one those nodes, there is no lit path back to the main shaft. If I navigate through the darkness to where the main path should be, there's just an inactive node. If I'm on a node that I only accessed from the main shaft, there's literally no lit path anywhere -- just a lonely crawler. I also cannot access the mine directly through the camp entrance.

Lastly, I can get to a main shaft node by selecting an an unexplored connected node. However, that main shaft node does not connect up or down the main shaft. And when I reach the neighboring node and reload back to that node later, the main shaft connection is gone.

Huh. Guess 10 months off PoE leaves you forgetful of how things are supposed to work. OK, thanks.
