Memory of Familiarity in Courtyard of Wasting gets no Petals [#1353033942]

In the Courtyard of Wasting the Memory of Familiarity did not get any Petals from the Mobs. It showed over the character that I collected Petals but there was no number and I also did not get any Petals. The only Petals I could pick up where the ones at the "poles" but only 1 or 2. Since the Memory showed a cost of 30 and in the whole Map I only got 8 I dont think this is how it should work.

Never had the Memory of Familiarity before so I can not tell if it is only in this region or general. Also there were several disconnects because of server issues at that time so maybe they broke something.
