Permanent "lag", sometimes disconnects, have to al+f4, no video errors.

Mostly occurs when I enter a new zone. Particle effects can be seen like auras or ground effects still and are animated, but my ping graph just start going up forever. It can stay this way for ten minutes, sometimes it disconnects, but most the time I alt+f4. Sometimes I am lucky and the game will "catch-up" after loading into a zone just long enough for me to click the portal back out of a map. Doing so "resets" the instance somehow and I can re-enter the same map and the game is fine. My ping graph looks like this: https://i.imgur.com/kGHG3pz.png

It's occurs about 20% of the loads I do into any zone; a player hideout, kingsmarch, map, etc.

Other games work fine, and while waiting for the zone to "catch-up" I can still freely browse the internet or play youtube with stable internet connection.
