Mobs stuck in corrupted growth

Got 5-6 ravenous brutes stuck in corrupted growth. They cant damage me and I cant damage them.

the growth has too small space and doesn't create spawn portals around but underneath itself.
many Ravenous* mobs stuck inside not able to escape and not targetable.
This bug is 1 year old already, found similar posts on bug forum :(
