When will the skill calc on site be updated? Also where can I download the manual?

Path of Exile doesn't actually have a manual yet - tutorials are being added, slowly, to the Twilight Strand, but for the most part it's been a low priority due to the similarity of the mechanics and controls to other ARPGs.
As for the skill tree, it's up-to-date at the moment, though when 0.9.11 shows up, "up-to-date" may not mean quite the same thing. I have wandered through insanity;
