Constant high ping

Hi!
Today all of a sudden my ping spiked from ~30 to a constant 130 and stayed there. First I thought it was some update running on my computer, but nope it wasn't. When I checked what was using up the bandwidth... it was nothing there. Additionally, everything else runs as usual, just PoE decided to give me a high ping. Why is that? Does anyone have an idea? Gateway is still Europe When ingame, joining a european instance I also get a ~130 ping, when it used to be ~30. (I am frequently get a ~130 ping when I play with people from other countries, but now I also get it playing solo)
