cant play unexpected disconnection

Hi I got a problem with the game every time I log in and select character and try to move it goes me to the log in screen saying "an unexpected disconnection. What I must do I take my internet from a Lan cable every other online game plays perfect any ideas.?
run a WinMTR report (this thread says how) then post the results here.

Someone can take a look at it and see if they notice any problems.

Also, are you on a wireless or hard-wired connection?

Well.. it looks like you're getting quite a bit of packet loss to your first hop. That's not a good sign.

| 192.168.1.1 - 0 | 78 | 78 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| 80.106.108.55 - 7 | 60 | 56 | 34 | 41 | 172 | 35 |

That means you're dropping packets to get to your ISP. It only will go downhill from there.

You didn't answer my question however on whether or not you are using a wireless connection.
Iam taking internet through a cable Lan from a PC that uses hard wire.
