Cant Connect, Exception

I've downloaded the game multiple times and tried everything but I just can't seem to start the game after character creation. Every time I try to load I get this error saying
"Exception. Unable to deserialise packet with pid 139." Please if someone could help me and tell me how to fix this that would be awesome. I really want to try this game out. Heard it was better than Diablo. | |

I also get pid 255 as well

Do you use a wireless connection at all? If so, can you please try updating your drivers to a newer version and if this doesn't help, then try using an older version. If you don't use a wireless connection, can you please perform a trace route to our servers and post the results here?
