Having problems with the game graph

Hello personal path of exile I am a Brazilian player that worshiping your game more have a technical problem with the graph of my game it gets all blurry and unfocused n know what it is happening more'm trying to solve this problem.
the configuration of my machine is: AMD E-350 processor 1.60 GHz with 2.00 GB of RAM memory 32-bit operating system If anyone knows how to solve my problem so I know the solve as fast as possible. Thanks for listening! | |

What type of video card do you have?
