Running redamation?

After double clicking the Path of Exile icon on my desktop to start the game, I'm getting the following error message after a few seconds: "The pack file has corruption that can be fixed by running redamation". There's an "OK" button on that error message, nothing else. After clicking ok nothing happens.
Any idea what exactly I have to do to get rid of that problem. | |

Sadly, you'll have to delete your content.ggpk file and patch the game again! Something has been corrupted in a way that is currently irretrievable!
