Hot keys dont work with caps lock on

I was trying to summon my zombie last night, and it just wasnt working. Then I figured out that my caps lock was on. Is it possible to make it work with both? Sometimes in the scramble of things, I hit the caps lock by mistake and dont notice. Im sure I'm not the only one.

I've never had my hot keys not work with caps-lock on. I've hit capslock many times considering it's right in between shift and tab, and never noticed not being able to cast spells after hitting it. Are you sure something else wasn't going on?
