I've answered it earlier, will paste the comment.
For SSF it would be insanely difficult to get core uniques. Bronn's Lithe is the easy one, but helmet (Forbidden tomes are too rare) is hard and amulet is near impossible. I'd drop going crit and go for Elemental Overload instead, it saves you a lot of passives.

Only difference is that now you can take Cold Mastery with +1 level to gems

I've league started Settlers with it, it's hard to justify playing any other skill when you get 4L Bronn's Lithe, +5 levels carry on leaguestart. But until then, use any totem skill you like.

Also, I'm uncertain about amulet price in the first days, some streamer did Frostblink Mines Trickster league after I've made this build, using exactly same items, that inflated prices.
