cannot confirm account

Hello,

I have given my beta key to my girlfriend and she created the account.

But upon clicking the activation link we got an error so something is wrong and we cannot activate it.

Also when registering we were notified there is another account registered on this email. Neither of us created it and I guess that could be the problem. We checked the email that was supposed to already have the account and there was only 1 notification email from the newest account creation but nothing about any previous acc creation.

I also sent a mail to support and no reply now for 24 hours.
