Like any other Diamond supporter on here, I pre-purchased (it was not a donation) a fair sum of store credit and gained some pretty nice perks as well as the total amount of store credit I desired.
Because I was very eager to get it all done and GGG seemed happy to oblige my eagerness, my avatar was finished a while ago (not long after the sword, in fact), so it was ready to be implemented as soon as the feature went live. There are somewhere near or over 30 diamond supporters by my last count. Expect to see more custom avatars soon enough. If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.
