is Iron reflexes a must?

Title says it all i am going ground slam

thanks for any help just wondering if its a must and if so why?

Iron reflexes + grace + granite flask = lots of phy dmg reduction.
With 4 endurance charges and that combo my measly phy dmg reduction jumps from 27% to 77%.
My gears have low armor, so a big chunk of that comes from grace and the granite flask.

Get the health nodes near it too. And 15% all res node on your way there. Inner force helps a lot too.

iron reflexes+grace gives a lot of base armor which benefits completely from any armor nodes you have, as well as the determination aura, and inner force. it gives an amazing amount of armor. you can work up the numbers as to exactly how much armor or just check my post history, it's in one of the last few posts i made.

it's not mandatory but if you're not taking it, there needs to be a very good rerason why (example, you're building a crit caster and you don't plan to go anywhere near IR)
