How can i build a LL/LoH dual wield tank?

I want to build a marauder that should be capable of self-sustain himself without using any hp pot except on hard bosses, I don't care about dmg, only survivability from attacking.

But I haven't got any clue, about what skills or passives to take.

I would like some help.
