Long load screens shader maxing out permanently and can't resolve.

I have tried to clear my shader cache, changed my nvidia settings to unlimited shader, uninstalled and reinstalled path of exile on steam, validated files on steam multiple times to no avail. Updated my graphics driver and nothing fixes the long load screens I am on an ssd and fairly good pc with a 2070 super graphics card and the load screens are ridiculous please help thanks!

I'm also encountering this same exact issue and also have a 2070 super and a ssd. :( Desperate for any help with this.
Loading instances any other than hideout is like 2min... if i have to spend money for better pc ... (any other game is working good) less money for the GGG
Same problem here, last patch destroy the performance.Take so long loading maps and etc
Still the same. How not fixed after years? Sad :(
Game runs like trash since 3.25 when they did that optimization patch
I used to be able to run this game fine on juiced maps with my 1050gtx
Now I can't even do the campaign without the VRAM going critical and the shaders crashing the game
It's absurd how bad the optimization has turned out, they rely too much on their players having top end gaming PCs
I'm on a 3060 and it loads most areas fine, including hideout, but it can take a literal minute to load in campaign towns. made leveling excruciating. was fine in 3.26. I had a similar issue with the most recent PoE2 league as well. Might be a shader cache thing, cause my shaders are constantly maxed like others.
same here just randomly have fps drop from 100 to 10 and the shaders just becoming pixels

Same here. Since 3.25 I get very low fps at random. Also I get random freezing and have to restart the game pretty often. Shader is always maxed out despite having shades on low. I have GTX 3070, 32GB ram I mean common...
