Sorry for the delayed response to this problem. Just wanted to let you know we are aware of the problem and are working on a fix.
There is hope again, reinstall immediately!
I think if you open the port from within your router, it should work. I think I read how some people disabled their firewall, but that would not do anything since the traffic has to go through the router first.
Have you tried it?
Starting 5/10/13, I keep getting "Unexpected disconnect has occured". Never before have I had this issue. Happening multiple times per game session.

ISP: Verizon Fios 50up/down ping 30-50ms to POE
Location: Los Angeles, Ca


Update: 5/14/13

Haven't had the issue in 24 hours. Must have self resolved.

Hmm, I am in India for vacation as well. It was working fine while I was still in New Jersey but the minute I came here I haven't been able to load an instance at all.
I hope this fix makes it in before 2014, I have plans
this problem still persists :/ Im really starting to get annoyed.
