Potion used as 0HP hit, got stuck in a map at 0HP

As said in the title, used health potion and somehow got stuck at 0HP. Went through death animation, but stayed in map and the respawn dialog did not appear. Can't use skills, access inventory, move, etc. Just not quite dead.
