Amulet Anointment doesn't work

Fangs of the viper anointment doesn't work, or at least partly. I couldn't see it on the tree but I could do the anointment. It's supposed to give +20 dex, 5% Movement speed, +20% phys and chaos damage, harder to check the phys and chaos but my stats don't change with the movement speed or dex

You have already allocated Fangs of the viper on the passive tree. You cannot use it twice.

Fangs of the Viper is a node near the Shadow start. You can find it following a straight line to the right from there.
You have it allocated already. You can't double up on a passives bonuses by allocating it normally and also annointing it. |
