Puncture/Ensnaring Arrow Crucible Not Working

Currently the puncture crucible which states "Enemies you kill with Puncture or Ensnaring Arrow Hits Explode, dealing 10% of their life as Physical Damage". Does not work.

I have attempted finishing off with the hit, with culling, sloting puncture in the bow, out of the bow, self casting puncture, manaforge puncture(my originally idea w/ cull), snipe puncture, non snipe puncture, totem based puncture and none of them proc the explosion. On the other hand I tested with the Haemophilia Gloves and an explosion chest to make sure the explosion mechanic worked and it definitely works, but I crafted these crucible bows with the objective of having clear with single target dps.
