vaal artic armour would be a very unique defence for jugg if this interaction worked,however it does no arctic armour overwrites the accendancy.
the same can be said for "grasping vines" from natural affiity im assuming this is not intended based on how the text is writen Last bumped on Jun 1, 2023, 6:51:57 AM

neither of these are a bug.
grasping vines will be able to reduce your movement speed as low as your base value which is fairly slow if your used to 30+ boots, onslaught + flask/etc... | |
