The Red Nightmare Attack Block Potential Bug.

I have a legacy The Red Nightmare socketed with an allocated 18% Fire Resistance node which should give me 9% Increased Attack Block + 18% Endurance Charge On Kill, but it's not giving anything while I have my Militant Faith Timeless Jewel socketed in an adjacent jewel slot.

As soon as I remove the Militant Faith Jewel is when I actually gain the attack block, so I'm confused if this is actually a bug or if this is intentional.

Everything is socketed and I'm missing the 9% Attack Block



Removed Militant Faith and I go from 48% Attack Block to 57%

"Passives granting xxx in radius also grant ..."

Timeless Jewels Conquer passives in their radius. If you hold Alt over a Timeless Jewel, it explains that conquered passives cannot be modified by other jewels.
