Primeval hideout bug - cannot claim

Hello,
I've found primeval hideout but somehow I can't claim it. It says "Clear the hideout" even tho I cleared everything could not get it. When I check at Helena, Primeval hideout is not there. Same happened for friend that was with me in the instance. How to get it back now? Not a bug. You weren't there when it was cleared.

Usually it is enough to enter the hideout even after it was cleared by someone else. I don't remember if Primeval had its bottom floor accessible when I first found and cleared it myself, but if it did, maybe you forgot to clear mobs on that floor too.

Yeah, I have cleared everything, both floors and yet didn't get the hideout.
Unfortunately when I checked other posts on the forum I am not the only one facing this problem. Hopefully it will be fixed soon =) |
