I imagine not, as this game will be f2p and not p2w it would probably cost more money than gain to send out prepaids. This isn't blizzard. So far the game hasn't made the break even point, so spending more money wouldn't make sense.

No no i don't mean gaming cards, i mean just normal retail prepaid cards that most store have that can be used online.

I think he is talking about PAYSAFE and other methods of payment with prepaid value cards (5,10,15,20 Euros and so on).
