Broken atlas memories

I had a Niko memory open last league in standard. Since the atlas changed its now become impossible for me to open his mission.

On the atlas it's a Pit map while he tries to open a strand map. This just closes any portals I had open and gives me an error instead.

Tried everything from changing hideouts ,moving the map device to trying every combo of watchstones.

I'm playing on PlayStation in case that makes a difference.
