Is there a restriction of supporting from Pakistan

Hey guys. I got a key from my friend and I liked the game. I really want to support the game but my Debit card keeps getting declined. While I have used it for other places. I get a charge of 1 dollar from "STRIPE.COM" but nothing happens, and the balance in my account doesn't change. Is there a problem of processing transactions from Pakistan? My card is a Visa.

I've read about others using debit failing. I think the card has to be credit or paypal. I might be wrong, but I've seen others comment about this.
