Another soft nerf to bleed builds for absolutely no reason when bleed is in such a shit state that's awesome. But why doh???

So, Volcanic Fissure is just another Molten Strike with new animation?
Really weak gem, like everything they do to melee. Meanwhile, spells like Lightning Conduit are released with very high numbers. |

GGG can show it as a buff but remove ,,Cursed enemies take 35% increased Damage from Damage Over Time effects" from despair
+ 25% reduced curse effect from blasphemy is a big nerf to despair with blsphemy support [*] Other curses seems around same effect for rare monster, for pinacle boses avarage player will not see dif bcouse they dont do that anyway as cursebots. |
