Error in patch notes 2.20? Curse effect body armour.

The Delve-exclusive Body Armour modifier that grants 10-15% increased Effect of your Curses can no longer roll.

Ok ive gone up one side the trade site and down the other. I can find SHIELDS with increased curse effect from devlve, but no body armour. I even set it to ANY for the search.

Does curse effect body armor exisit or was this a typo? If it does exist what is the exact wording on the trade site?
