What's A good Minion build?

For permanence, slap on a Primordial Chain amulet and go Stone golems. They respawn automatically if they die (which they rarely do), are great for bossing, and clear decently enough.

They'll be especially good for avoiding Resolve depletion in Sanctum, because you'll never have to think about stopping to replace dying minions; the golems take care of themselves, you take care of yourself.

Can you tell me more about it?
I was watching a streamer and he watched a vid of someone doing ubers last league with a summon reaper build. Not saying it's good but it's an option.

As for perm minions there is only so many options as lots of minions are temporary.
there is not a good build since they didnt buff anything. for whatever reason. i guess they dont want anyone to play minions

Here is an old build guide, but it's still relevant:

And here are two current Kalandra builds, which will give you a good overview of passive tree and gear goals:

I don't like animate weapons or spiders, i just like permanent minions.

ps, is flame golem any good?

Phys Skeletons are always a good league starter. I personally played them at least 3-4 times with Necro / Guardian.

Easily 1 million+ boss dps with no special gear. You usually round them up with the frenzy/power charge ape spectres from act 2 and act 7 and maybe add impale & dread banner as well for bit more damage.
Masterpiece of 3.16 lore
"A mysterious figure appears out of nowhere, trying to escape from something you can't see. She hands you a rusty-looking device called the Blood Crucible and urges you to implant it into your body."

Only usable with Ethanol Flasks

There is one actually good minion build right now, but I am not gonna share it (just to avoid jinxing it)

You can try SRS, Animate Weapons, Golems (with buffed Clayshapers) or Animate Guardian (with Ephemeral Edge). They are playable, but not good.

I'm not sure this works anymore since permanent minions got clobbered in 3.19. Them skeletons aren't immortal anymore, and charges do so much less for skeletons it's not even funny.
