I'm sorry to hear this! Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange reward items given from Mystery Boxes. However, if having a spider pet in your microtransaction list is distressing to you, our Support team would be happy to look into deleting the cosmetic from your account. This wouldn't give you any compensation such as any points, of course.
