Can't change my e-mail adress

I made this account a week ago but I can't remember the password for the e-mail I used so I can't have the account verified. I used the option to change e-mail and it sayes it worked and I will be getting an e-mail at the new adress. Its been 2 days and I still didn't get one. Also when I log in with this account I still have to use the old e-mail I can't remember the pass to.
