[3.19] Devon's EQ Chieftain - Caveman Bob | Decent Starter + Endgame | Grukthul's Pelt build!
 My thoughts right after coming up with this

Use the Cursed chestpiece Grukthul's Pelt and try to make it viable.
This chest is a powerhouse by itself (and it did get buffed now). It gives you a metric ton of health, health regen and some decent chunk of damage BUT it makes it so you CAN'T USE ANY SPELLS, whatsoever. Now you might be thinking that's not THAT bad you got blood magic, some shenanigans but my guy. Did you know that every curse, every mark, every buff and every aura is a spell? Did you know that blessings are also spells? And berserk is a spell AND TAWHOA'S CHOSEN ASENDANCY IS A SPELL! I mean idk man, very, very, very big downside BUT I'LL MAKE IT WORK!! In the end I realized that the best way to make this guy is to focus on Slams (Bob smash), Warcries and last but not least... totems, yes, ancestral ones. ALSO you can use a curse on hit ring, I'M CASTING ONE SPELL LESGO! (it's vulnerability) AND you don't need to worry about mana or mana reservation. Now that's the brainless gameplay I can get behind. When me get far, me update, check my stream! 3.19 - fresh out of the oven - no changes ------------------------------------------ Grukthul's Pelt got buffed. Prime time to try something like this! USE PoB! ------------------------------------------ If you don't like casting spells or using mana this is the build for you. Pros + works on a budget + good starter + no need to worry about mana + no need to worry about reservations (more passive nodes and no need for enlighten!) + auraless gigachad + 3000 life regen per second + 7500+ life + one septillion endurance charges Cons - can't use spells How does it work? You shout a lot and then click your EQ slam button. After enemy dead, find new enemy. A lot of leveling trees inside and Non-Cluster/Cluster alternatives, to the bottom left where it says "Endgame - Earthquake", click on that and you can swap out the trees to see what you need to prioritize. Also here you can check out the whole tree, gear, gems, enchants, damage, etc. Basically you can see everything that I had and what you should aim for at each point in your leveling process. Added a Flammability Ring option to replace the Profane Proxy. Leveling General tips:

Armour:
You want to focus on Armour based gear. Every single item should have as much armor as possible. For example if you are crafting your helmet make sure to use a high ilvl "Royal Burgonet" or "Eternal Burgonet" as they have the highest base armour. Attributes like Intelligence and Dexterity on gear are good. Weapons and shields: This is an attack based build meaning the pDPS/DPS of the weapon matters A LOT. Just get the most physical 2H weapons you can find and you good. The primary focus should be on physical damage on your weapons. Bleeding stuff is also great. Links and skill gems: Links are always important and your primary skill should have the most links during leveling. If you find a 4L/5L/6L (Tabula rasa) you should place your main skills inside. Tabula rasa is always great. Faster attacks on Leap slam is great, alternatively go for culling. Influenced items: Ring - Warlord influenced for Vulnerability on hit. Amulet - Elder influenced for DoT. League Mechanic: Just smash the Mirrored areas I guess and take the loot. Early Acts guide

Act 1
Take Ground slam + Ruthless + Added Fire, Precision (max lvl4), Blood and Sand and War Banner. Pick up Leap slam when you kill Brutus. Before Merveil take Sunder (drop Ground Slam) and level with it until act 10. Act 2 Main Link: Sunder + Melee Phys + Ruthless Auras: Precision (lvl14 max, drop when you get Resolute technique), Blood and Sand, War Banner and Herald of Purity. If you take reservation nodes you can even go for flesh and stone or maybe Determination/Pride. Passive Tree, Ascendancy, Bandits and Pantheon Passive Tree

if you are worried about attack speed why not use mokou ring which gives
+50% speed while ignited, plus makes getting ignited eazy! |

Going with this one as a build starter. Tired of spells and minions, time to slam sum bums!
