3.18.1c Hotfix 2

Reverted texture system changes from the 3.18.1c patch as it introduced performance and loading screen issues for some players.

This is a client hotfix so you will need to restart your client to receive the fix.

Has any exile really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?
