HELP! strange lags, and login issues

1. its really hard for me to connect to server, sometimes it takes 12 tries, becouse i always hang on "connecting to server" or then authorizing user,

2. Then i DO manage to connect i can play fine, doing mob runs with 50ms latency, then i TP to town my latency drops to 0, no merchants, no people just 0 latency in the graph, after that logoff becouse it never gets back up, so back to step 1 again

i have 100Mbps internet and never had any issues with any game so far, diablo 3 plays just fine, sc2 also with 50ms, other games 50-60ms, only path of exile is stubborn

i really dont understand all that networking jibberish so here is the log form WinMTR sending 64bits of data every 4s

played just fine from the open beta, this started happening a week ago, so is it my ISP fault, my pc? or its poe servers?
You need to run the WinMTR for slightly longer than that.

17 packets isn't enough to get a feel for your network conditions.

You should start it, then play PoE for a few minutes (at least) and hopefully until you notice issues.

Then the output would be more useful.
i cant really play right now, because once i log in latency drops to 0 immediatly... or the waiting for "connecting to server"

ok managed to play for some time until hang, im running eu.login.pathofexile.com

Ping times seem really really good....

it looks like your problem is with packet loss, and only to some of the nodes in the trace.. not to GGG themselves.

So it's not your problem or GGG's problem, but a problem with the network between it seems.

Not much you can do about it really, except maybe report it to GGG so they can get someone to contact that network and get someone there to look into it maybe.

Sorry for your troubles, but I wanted to make sure that was the case. If it weren't for the packet loss, you'd have really good ping times and really good speeds. I'm not sure how you manage to get 0ms response from every hop in the network, but *shrug*
how do i contact them? seems to me that official support of poe is long dead...

What do you mean? Support is all but dead.

Best way to contact them is through the email address listed in the Contact Support link at the top of this page.

Curious what would make you say that official support is long dead however?
its my third post about my problems and none of officials replied so i say its dead :/
i meant third thread
i take that back, they replied :D
