Harbinger natural spawns in maps appear to be bugged since league start.

This might be difficult to validate, but I have noticed that I have not seen a single Harbinger since league start, unless in someone else's map who has spec'ed into Harbinger on Atlas Passives.

I am well into red maps for this league, level 91 character with 60 hours played. I have never seen a natural Harbinger spawn this league.

Once I noticed this I asked some other players I play with if they were spec'ed into Harbinger and if they had seen any. Only one person said they weren't spec'ed into Harbinger, but they also hadn't seen any all league and are at a similar level of progression as I am. They didn't even notice the Harbingers were missing until I mentioned it.

This is on Sentinel Softcore Trade league.

Edit: I forgot to mention something else potentially important. The description of "Extra Content" in all of the atlas passives which list extra content, does not list Harbinger as extra content.
