PoB seems considering all of the skills as active so I disabled the Aspect of the Spider. Anyway, here's my updated POB as of this writing.

I got a better shoes. My trigger rate is at 8.72 (I'm not sure if that's okay, but according to PoB, there are no wasted trigger opportunities). I'm still working on getting a +1 max power charge implicit for my rings. And probably, better gloves and armor for more ES.
That's because while your new boots are better, your old ones had Onslaught on Kill so now your attack speed is lower. It's better this way since Onslaught on Kill wouldn't proc in most boss fights, so now you're open for getting more attack speed elsewhere. I used one of my flask suffixes to get a large chunk of mine, but as long as you stay below 10.1 you'll be fine.
If you go the flask route for yours, make sure to check PoB for the right attack speed to increased effect ratio.
I managed to get 9.04 trigger rate again and I think this is good enough. I also boosted my DPS a little.
