Problem with latency in game

Recently I have been having issues when in parties doing maps. At times my game will completely freeze (all my party members wont be attacking and all mobs will be standing still). The weird thing is that my party members can still see me moving (and this is where I am actually moving)

When I press f1 my latency bar will be completely flat lined. The weird part is that I can still move around and be seen by my allies moving. And I have no lag in skype. My speedtest results are also normal.

Sometimes after about 10 seconds I will DC from the servers and other times everything will just go back to normal for a few minutes (I will see all 10 seconds of "flat-lined" time in under a second.

Any help would be appreciated.

I will try and take some screenshots of this when it is happening, just being in hardcore it seems kind of sketch to do maps when this is happening.

It's happening to me too, did this start yesterday?

This started during the 1 week race for me, but then it went away and just reappeared maybe yesterday//2 days ago.
