Precise Technique - what about RT?!?!?
Why this keystone when RT is right there for non-crit builds.. slap the 40% more damage in there instead... There is not many builds that will/can use this node.

PT is going to be on a different part of the tree and is for completely different builds than RT is.
key stones are not meant to be good for alot of builds, but for builds that build around the keystone. |

RT = ignore acc
new keystone = stack acc but not crit,CI attack build ftw lol |

I have a feeling it's in the Ranger area to support all the new hit based bows.

The keystone is green, so it will probably go on the right side.
On topic: The fact that RT still hasn't changed at all, is a disgrace. RT is GGG's way of saying "non-crit builds need no help with damage", which of course is very wrong. They should absolutely give RT some love. Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

there are no 'non-crit' builds! GGG removed this option YEARS ago, the same moment they added NUMEROUS sources of crit everywhere
Resolute Technique is an auto-pick for Bleed/DoT builds and thats it. even Elemental Overload with its 40% more damage is a stupid choice nowadays attack builds have fixed suffix list: crit/aspd. weapon with just one of these is worthless. this means your base acceptable crit is ~6.5 or more then there is the semi-mandatory 1.5% from chest, 2% (?) from ass-mark, %increased from Power Charges and lots of other stuff 'correct' melee build - that is using Swords (Foils in fact) because everything else is garbage in comparison will end up with upwards of 25% non-buffed crit chance. add misc like Diamond Flask and such and every second hit crits. there is nothing that beats crit scaling, because crit is separate to other scalars thus starts suffering from diminishing returns later (if at all) then there is a thing people forget - crits == ailments. not being able to crit-freeze is a solid defensive downside, crit-shock easily gives 5-10% more damage and then there is Brittle that is just idiotic and should have been patched YEAR ago |

it is not a problem. im glad GGG stopped pretending that 'non-crit' is an option and simply gave everyone and their dog enough crit (and accuracy!)
non-crit as a (pseudo) option died the day GGG made accuracy changes (1.5year ago?) that made it MUCH easier to cap hit chance. that day also made RT a meme for hit builds as everything can and should be build around crit. note: i hate this, but this is how things are and they are 100% not going to change. GGG had 10 YEARS to fix how stupid crit multiplier is in this game and all they did is doubled it |

I see it as fairly good option to scale damage before eventually turning to Crit once budget and passive point amount allows it, for something like Shattered Steel type of build.
Sure, once you get there, you spec out of it, once you get like 400%+ crit multi with 50% crit chance. It might be even useful for some stuff like ngamahu axe for avoid traveling for EO if it will be somewhere near Dex side of tree. It might push some skills over the viability line. I don't see it as melee fix. This is lazy ranged scaler :) @Phrazz thx for the color reminder. I never knew keystones have colors :) Colorblind AF.
