Fire Burst not proccing Elemental Overload?

According to Ele Overload it should work with any skill but I've checked my character sheet and it's definitely not being procced by Fire Burst.
Is this a bug or an intended mechanic? Last bumped on Oct 27, 2021, 2:40:05 PM

I was watching mBx playing it without because it didn't work for him based on observed icon and stats. I hope its a bug too

doesnt work in character screen either or tooltip no numbers changed anywhere and damage feels same isnt visual bug

If i unspec EO i can feel some crit hits spread a stronger ignite, but with EO its not an increse overall, i just cut the critical hits and miss the bigger crits.
I guess EO is actually not working with Fire Burst, not just visual bugged. Also for me its the only skill that has this bugged other triggered spells show it in char screen. q.q |

bug must be very hard to fix, 5days going and keystone not working properly

alter 3,16B still EO not working with:
fireball, Detonate dead Shield crush. There is that barely visual shape in skill bar, and nothing else.No dps change |
