Ban appeal

My account got permabanned 3/4 months ago for something I probably didn't do... I have asked you multiple times since then to please unban my account. I had 400€ invested in the game. If I did anything wrong I am sorry, it wasn't really my intention, I probably got banned for using Poe overlay which I think dealt 0 harm to the game or community... If I got unbanned right now I think 3 months would be enough time, some streamers abuse glitches, and only got banned until end of the season, I did nothing wrong with my hands, I still don't know the exact reason why I was banned, if it was not the poe overlay it was either computer access by a hacker or my brother went to my pc or something. I never had any intentions of using any malicious program or any black market stuff. I spent lots of money and a lot of hours, again I am sorry if I did anything wrong, I even created this new account so that forums might help or something.

I have all the rights to continue appealing while don't give me the EXACT reason my account was permanently locked, i know i did nothing wrong and they just blocked my emails... I never shared the account aswell, to be clear if that happened it was without my knowledge.

" you have already been told the reason. When your account is banned, in the "my account" page the reason is clearly stated --> "3. party software" / Breach of "ToS" and so on. Nothing more will be told to you. |

Mate i can't even login on the website it literally says "Account locked" when i try to login

Unfortunately we can only discuss account related issues with the owner of account in question. For bans specifically, this is handled through the appeal system we have in place which players can access by signing into their accounts.
